SP610 Ventilation Seal
One component gun grade sealant based on illbruck hybrid technology for silicone free sealing in hygienically controlled environments.
Usage/purpose
For the air and water tight sealing of metal ductwork and housing joints during onsite or offsite installation and assembly, in ventilation, air conditioning, and other such applications where hygienic conditions prevail.
Safety data sheet must be read and understood.
- Meets requirements of EN ISO 846 (Method A & C) and VDI 6022 (Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
- High resistance to microbial growth, helps prevent a build-up of bacteria and fungi microbes
- Wide adhesion spectrum, bonds to a wide range of metal, ceramic, and plastic substrates - often without the need for primer
- Highly flexible, reduced risk of adhesion failure when subject to stresses caused by metal duct expansion and contraction
- Low VOC formulation, silicone, isocyanate and solvent free with low odour
- Good UV and weather resistance
