About this product
FM330 Pro Foam Air Seal is a one part, rapid, moisture-curing expanding polyurethane foam, which is gun applied and has excellent elasticity, airtightness, and acoustic properties. With excellent adhesion to brick, block, stone, plaster, and cementitious materials, as well as wood, metal, and a variety of plastics, the foam’s low post-expansion properties facilitate greater control during application.

illbruck’s FM330 enables you to continue application despite adverse weather conditions, owing to it’s sub-zero formulation, being capable of application at temperatures as low as -3°C.
- A high performance PU foam with excellent acoustic and airtight performance
- Airtight formulation - tested to EN 12114
- Acoustic dampening - up to 63 dB joint insulation index
- Elastic performance - up to 50% movement capability ensures integrity of the seal in the event of movement
Suitable for use as an airtight gap filler for general construction joints, including where movement is expected to occur, FM330 can help you achieve airtightness around the perimeter joint seals of windows and doors. Additionally, the product can also be used for sealing floor to wall, wall to ceiling joints, as well as pipe and service penetrations.
FM330 has been accredited by a number of prestigious industry bodies, having achieved the M1 Classification due to its low-emitting properties, as well as being certified by Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). This foam is also compliant with FEICA, Europe’s association for the adhesive and sealant industry.
